Here's how to find and book these flights...
1. Start with a search using Google Flights Explore, from Saskatoon to Europe:

Look for destinations and date combinations from Saskatoon to Europe that are in the $600s (roundtrip, including taxes). Prices on Google Flights Explore are in $USD.
2. Take your destination and dates that you found, and try searching on both of the following airline sites to make your booking:
Air France - Air France Canada
KLM - KLM Canada
You could also try a 3 day flexible date search using Kayak
Prices on the booking sites above will be in $CAD.
The cheapest flights appear to be concentrated between the date range of November 2014 and April 2015.
Here are some examples of the cheapest destinations I've seen from Saskatoon, and have verified that the price is actually bookable...

Glasgow, Scotland (GLA) - $721
Edinburgh, Scotland (EDI) - $722
Newcastle, England (NCL) - $723
Manchester, England (MAN) - $727
Frankfurt, Germany (FRA) - $735
London, England (LON) - $798
There could definitely be other cities available in the $700s, so it's worth trying various cities in Europe, as the KLM and Air France network covers much of Europe.
Also keep in mind that with Air France you can usually get a free extended stopover in Paris, France on your way to your destination city. The same goes for Amsterdam with KLM.
This is not an advertised price drop, so it's impossible to say how long it will last.

Hmmm, sorry you couldn't find any Kev. It looks like KLM and Air France have put their prices back up today. It was a pretty widespread price drop, available from virtually every major city in Canada. Glad to hear you managed to snag two free flights!
